Do you do the work yourself or use subcontractors?

We have a small team of guys that have been with us for years. Chris Prosser stays involved in every project. You’re not hiring Prosser and then getting handed off to someone else. When needed, we use licensed plumbers and electricians that we have worked with and trust fully.
How do I know if my project is a good fit?

If you’re not sure, just reach out. We’re happy to talk it through and give you a straight answer on whether it makes sense.
Do you help with design or just the work?

We can help talk through layout, flooring choices, colors, and what tends to work well. Most people come in with an idea and we can figure out the details from there.
How long does a typical bathroom remodel take?

All projects depend on the scope. We can give you a better idea once we see the space and understand what you’re looking to do.
Our customers purchase materials directly through the supplier, and we bill separately for labor. We accept all forms of payment except PayPal, and we do charge a 4% fee if you choose to pay by credit card. Full payment is due upon completion of the project.

How does payment work?
Are you licensed and insured?

We’re fully insured and can provide a copy of our certificates upon request. Oklahoma doesn’t offer licensing for general contractors, so if you find one that says they’re licensed, be wary. We do use licensed plumbers and electricians for those specialties.
